You must be 21 years of age to purchase and consume alcohol at the Savannah Civic Center. You must provide proper identifcation to receieve a wristband that will allow you to purchase alcohol.

The Savannah Civic Center reserves the right to deny entry to intoxicated guests. Any intoxicated guests causing a disturbance during an event will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.

This new approach provides fans with complete transparency by displaying the full ticket price—including all fees—upfront during the purchasing process. Ticketmaster’s All-In Pricing initiative aligns with recent legislative efforts in various states to promote pricing transparency in ticketing.

The House, in a bipartisan vote, passed the Transparency in Charges for Key Events Ticketing (TICKET) Act, which requires ticket sellers to show the final price including fees but not including sales tax. Some other measures in the bill aim to enforce Bots, provide automatic refunds for canceled events and works to eliminate ticket sellers falsely claiming to be “official ticket sellers and sites”. While the rollout is nationwide, specific implementation may vary by region and venue.

Patrons purchasing tickets for upcoming events at Enmarket Arena will now see the total cost, including all applicable fees, from the moment they begin their transaction online. This enhancement aims to eliminate unexpected charges at checkout, provide a clearer understanding of ticket pricing and supports a consistent ticket-buying experience for all fans.

Key Details:

• Transparency in Pricing: The price displayed during the seat selection process now reflects the total cost, including all fees, ensuring fans know exactly what they will pay before completing their purchase. Please note, sales tax will be added at checkout.

• No Impact on Existing Tickets: Tickets purchased prior to today’s rollout will remain unaffected. The All-In Pricing model applies only to new purchases made from this date forward.

• No Change in Ticket Prices: The introduction of All-In Pricing does not alter the base ticket prices. The change solely affects the presentation of fees during the online purchasing process. This also includes pricing for season tickets and premium packaging.

• In-Person Purchases: Fans who prefer to buy tickets in person at the Enmarket Arena or Johnny Mercer Theatre Ticket Offices will not incur any online Ticketmaster service fees.

Clutches must be 4.5” x 6.5 x 2” or smaller. Bags above this size MUST BE CLEAR and no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”, 2 pocket maximum. Diaper bags and medical bags are permitted, but subject to search.

We do offer a bag check for that is available if you happen to bring a bag that is not allowed in. The back will be held until the end of the show. The bag check fee is $10 and is CASH ONLY

The event promoter reserves the right to deny camera use at any time during or before the concert and to prohibit the use of any camera that is deemed unacceptable. Cameras with detachable lens are prohibited at all Civic Center concerts. The use of flash photography is also prohibited.

The time that the doors to the Savannah Civic Center open will vary according to the event. The typical time would be one hour prior to the event unless otherwise specifically noted.

Guests may not bring food and/or beverage items into the arena at any time. Guests must dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entrance into the arena. The Civic Center will not check-in or store any food or beverage items.

The Savannah Civic Center assumes no responsibility for items lost at events. All lost and found items are to taken to the Security Office (main lobby near the entrance to the Johnny Mercer Theatre) during events. Guests should visit the Security Office during the event to inquire about lost items.

The Savannah Civic Center has a no re-entry policy during events. Guests who wish to return a prohibited item to their vehicle or need to exit and re-enter due to personal emergencies, must first make contact with a member of the Civic Center management team to make necessary arrangements

Smoking is not permitted in or around the theatre at any time. We do not allow tobacco products of any kind.

ALL ITEMS brought into the arena are subject to inspection. For safety reasons the following list of items are not permitted in the arena:

- Weapons/chains

- Bags, backpacks or briefcases

- Food and/or beverages

- Alcoholic beverages, drugs or other illegal substances

- Laptop computers and/or tablets

- Audio, video, professional cameras, cameras with detachable lenses, video cameras or recording devices of any kind

- Drones

- Sticks or poles of any size

- Selfie sticks

- Golf umbrellas

- Laser pointers or similar items

- Artificial noisemakers

- Glow sticks or any kind of glow jewelry

- Large banners

- Inappropriate attire or signage

Due to increased security screening, including random metal detection of entrants, the Savannah Civic Center management team strongly requests that all guests arrive at least one hour prior to all scheduled event times to avoid and/or minimize waiting lines.

All guests will be subject to search, at the venue’s discretion, of their person and/or possessions. Patrons with prohibited articles will be turned away at the entrances and no storage or check area will be provided for such items. Enforcement will be without exceptions.

Consumer Warning – The Johnny Mercer Theatre is an official Ticketmaster Venue. Any tickets not purchased on Ticketmaster.com or at the Box Office may not be valid. Refunds will not be issued for tickets purchased through a third party site.

All tickets are verified SafeTix. SafeTix allow for secure entry into the venue in the form of mobile Rotating Entry Token, NFC Apple Wallet pass, RFID ticket stock/card. Patrons must be the verified ticket holder. Screenshots, Printed Barcodes, and QR codes will not be accepted as a valid ticket.

Unless otherwise specified by the event itself, all guests aged 2 years or older or anyone who would require their own seat would require their own ticket for admittance.

Guests are prohibited from bringing weapons into the facility. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, and knives.

Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the arena or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be evicted from the arena and may be subject to arrest.
