On Event days that fall on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays, the Box Office will open 3 hours prior to the event start.

The Johnny Mercer Theatre is an official partner of Ticketmaster. All tickets are sold through Ticketmaster. All tickets at The Johnny Mercer Theatre are SafeTix. A mobile device is required. All SafeTix tickets allow users to gain access to the venue by Rotating Entrey Token (RET), NFC Apple Wallet pass, or RFID ticket instead of a barcode. You must be the original ticket owner to enter the venue. Screenshots of tickets, or printed QR and barcodes will not be accepted at the Johnny Mercer Theatre.
